Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of quietcph.com and any purchases made from Lunoware (CVR no. 36674687), trading as Quiet Copenhagen ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

 

1. About Us

Lunoware (CVR no. 36674687), trading as Quiet Copenhagen is a Danish company registered under CVR no. 36674687, operating the e-commerce brand Quiet CPH. Our registered address is in Kolding, Denmark.

2. Eligibility

By using this site and placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian
• The personal information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are authorised to use the payment method provided

 

3. Products

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes; minor variations in colour and texture may occur due to the nature of concrete as a material.

Prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include Danish VAT (25%) where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

 

4. Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

You will receive an order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it within 24 hours.

 

5. Payment

We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout, processed securely by Shopify Payments (Stripe). Payment is taken at the time of order. We do not store your card details.

All transactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS technology.

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to Denmark and selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@quietcph.com and we will work to resolve the issue.

 

7. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftalelov) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us at hello@quietcph.com within the 14-day period. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to make a deduction for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the product.

 

8. Warranty & Defects

The Monument carries a 2-year statutory warranty in accordance with Danish law (Købeloven). This covers manufacturing defects and material faults present at the time of delivery.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or accidents
• Variations in the natural appearance of concrete (texture, minor colour variation)

 

To make a warranty claim, contact us at hello@quietcph.com with your order number and a description and photo of the defect. We will assess the claim and offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All content on quietcph.com — including text, images, product designs, brand identity, and logo — is the property of Lunoware (CVR no. 36674687), trading as Quiet Copenhagen and protected by Danish and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Danish law, our liability is limited to the value of the product(s) purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Danish or EU law.

 

11. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at quietcph.com/privacy-policy.

 

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

If you are a consumer and have a complaint, you may also contact the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority (Forbruger Europa) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

 

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at quietcph.com/terms-and-conditions. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
