We want your order to arrive safely and on time. This policy explains how we handle shipping for all orders placed at quietcph.com.

 

1. Shipping Destination

We currently ship to addresses within Denmark only. We plan to expand to additional countries in the future — sign up to our newsletter to be notified.

 

2. Shipping Cost

We offer free flat-rate shipping on all orders within Denmark. No minimum order value applies.

 

3. Dispatch Time

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Danish public holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

 

4. Delivery Time

Once dispatched, estimated delivery within Denmark is:

Standard: 1–3 business days

 

Delivery times are estimates provided by our carrier partners and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

5. Carriers

We ship via one of our carrier partners (PostNord, GLS, or DAO) depending on your location and order. The carrier will be confirmed in your shipping notification email.

 

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your delivery directly on the carrier's website.

If you have not received a tracking email within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@quietcph.com.

 

7. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery — additional shipping costs may apply.

 

8. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at hello@quietcph.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Where an order is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
