We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we will do our best to make it right. This policy outlines your rights and our process for returns and refunds.

 

1. Your Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return)

In accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftalelov) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period by contacting us at hello@quietcph.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to return your order. You must then return the item within 14 days of notifying us.

 

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

In its original condition — unused and uninstalled
In its original packaging
Accompanied by your order number

 

We reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics, and function of the product.

 

3. Return Shipping Costs

Who covers return shipping depends on the reason for the return:

Change of mind (14-day withdrawal): return shipping is at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect item: we will cover the cost of return shipping. Contact us at hello@quietcph.com and we will arrange a prepaid return label.

 

4. How to Return

1. Email us at hello@quietcph.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will confirm the return and provide our return address (and a prepaid label if applicable).

3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to us.

4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 14 days.

 

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item and confirming its condition.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.

Original shipping costs (if any were charged) are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, unless the entire order is being returned due to our error.

 

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us at hello@quietcph.com within 14 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
A photo of the item and packaging

 

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate. Return shipping will be covered by us in all such cases.

 

7. Warranty Claims

The Monument carries a 2-year statutory warranty under Danish law (Købeloven). Warranty claims for defects that appear after the initial 14-day period should also be directed to hello@quietcph.com with the same information as above. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full warranty details.

 

8. Exceptions

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

Items that have been used, installed, or altered
Items returned outside the 14-day withdrawal window without a valid warranty or defect claim
